The fine-sand, white Baltic Sea beach is only about 30 meters away—practically right on your doorstep. During the season, your personal beach chair will be waiting there for relaxing hours by the sea. You can conveniently park your car in the building’s underground garage (garage door height: 1.90 m). A glass elevator takes you comfortably to the respective half-floors; and you can then reach the apartments via a few steps (3–7 steps). Within a radius of about 300 meters, you’ll find stylish restaurants, shops for daily necessities, bike rentals, and various water sports activities. A special bonus: For guests with electric vehicles, an on-site wallbox is available for charging. The exclusive ocean-view penthouse apartment in Villa Höger—Apartment 11—spans 80 square meters across two levels and offers comfortable living space for up to 4 guests. A special highlight are the two spacious rooftop terraces:
One terrace faces the sea with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and its own beach chair; the second is sunny and south-facing with a view over the village—ideal for relaxing at any time of day. On the first level, you’ll find an entryway and a spacious, high-end shower room with underfloor heating, two sinks, a glass shower with massage showerheads, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror.
Two separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe, offer a restful night’s sleep for a total of four people.
An internal staircase leads to the light-filled living area with floor-to-ceiling, lockable windows and direct access to both rooftop terraces.
The stylishly furnished living room features a cozy seating area, a leather armchair for relaxing, and a pull-out sofa bed. A TV, DVD player, and stereo system are available for your entertainment. Wi-Fi is, of course, free of charge. The built-in, comfortably equipped kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired:
A ceramic cooktop with oven, range hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are at your disposal. For families with children, a crib and a high chair are provided. Reserved underground parking space (entrance height 1.90 m). Coin-operated washers and dryers are located in the side rooms of the underground garage. Bicycle storage is available for bicycles you bring with you. A beach chair is reserved for you on the beach during the season (usually May 15–September 30). Upon arrival, the beds are already made; hand and bath towels are provided once per person.
