One parking space per house, bicycle storage, and use of a washing machine are provided, and pets are welcome in select homes.

The vacation townhouse? Vacation Village 49A—with a west-facing terrace—offers 55 square meters of family-friendly living space where you’ll feel right at home. The cozy living and dining area is furnished with a sofa, wood-burning stove, TV, Blu-ray player, stereo, Wi-Fi, and a round dining set—ideal for relaxing with the family. Two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower ensure your comfort. The built-in kitchenette is well-equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. You can relax on the seasonally furnished, west-facing terrace, which features a grill. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a closet, as well as a naturally lit shower room with a toilet and free use of the washing machine. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which features another bedroom with a double bed, a closet, seating, and a second TV. Family-friendly amenities include a high chair, a crib, and a handcart. This non-smoking home is ideal for up to 4 people. A free parking space is available at the house. Additional parking spaces are available in the surrounding public areas for a fee. Pets are not allowed. Charging electric and hybrid vehicles is not permitted. This does not apply to e-bike and pedelec batteries (under supervision).
