The vacation townhouse? Vacation Village 48B—with a south-west-facing terrace—offers 63 square meters of family-friendly living space where you’ll feel right at home. The cozy living and dining area is furnished with a sofa, reading chair, TV, stereo, Wi-Fi, and a dining table—ideal for relaxing with the family. Two separate bedrooms, along with a bathroom with shower and a guest restroom, ensure comfort and privacy. The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. You can relax on the seasonally furnished southwest-facing terrace. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a closet, as well as a shower room with a toilet and free use of the washing machine. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which features another bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and a second TV. A guest restroom is also available on this upper floor. Family-friendly amenities include a high chair and a crib. This non-smoking home is ideal for up to 4 people. One free parking space is available on-site. Additional parking spaces are available in the surrounding public areas for a fee. Pets are not allowed. Charging electric and hybrid vehicles is not permitted. Schlechter Zustand

Die Wohnung ist veraltet und extrem lieblos eingerichtet, mit vielen Mängeln und Schäden behaftet, der Kaminofen fehlt, ein Couchtisch fehlt, und die Duschkabine und z. T. auch die Badwände waren verschimmelt und verschmutzt. Die Sauberkeit ließ insgesamt deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Eine Enttäuschung. Eine angekündigte Entschädigung steht noch immer aus.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schön und wenn das Badezimmer eine bessere Dusche einen größeren Abzug und moderne Fliesen erhalten würde , wäre es perfekt!! Der Rest des Ferienhauses ist supi!!! Zu empfehlen und würde auch wieder kommen mit der Familie.
