The vacation townhouse - Urlauberdorf 25b? with a south-facing terrace offers 55 square meters of family-friendly living space where you’ll feel right at home. The cozy living and dining area is furnished with a sofa, wood-burning stove, TV, stereo, and a dining table—ideal for relaxing with the family. Two separate bedrooms, along with a shower room and a guest restroom, ensure comfort and privacy. The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. You can relax on the south-facing terrace, which is furnished seasonally. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a closet, as well as a functional shower room, a restroom, and free use of the washing machine. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which features another bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and a seating area. A guest restroom is also available. Family-friendly amenities include a high chair and a crib. An iron and ironing board are also available for use.
This non-smoking house is ideal for up to 4 people; a free parking space is located directly at the house. Additional paid parking spaces are available in the surrounding public areas. Pets are not allowed. Charging electric and hybrid vehicles is not permitted. This does not apply to batteries for e-bikes and pedelecs (under supervision).
