Vacation Apartment No. 29 at the Sünnslag vacation complex is a two-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.<br><br>This cozy two-room apartment with its own entrance awaits you on the first floor and offers approximately 53 m² of living space. For a relaxing vacation, you’ll have access to a living room with a dining area, a separate kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace (including 2 lounge chairs). The beach is approximately 400 m from the Sünnslag vacation complex.<br><br>From the bright living room, you can step out onto the south-east-facing, furnished terrace with a view of the natural surroundings. The comfortable sofa bed provides sleeping space (160 x 200 cm) for two people. A 55" flat-screen TV with Magenta TV and a 5.1 home theater system provide entertainment. A travel crib and a high chair are available for young guests. The living area has tile flooring.<br><br>The kitchen is separate. Here you’ll find a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, a refrigerator, an air fryer, a hand mixer, and a microwave for preparing meals. In addition to a filter coffee maker, there is also a capsule coffee machine (Bosch Tassimo).<br><br>In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV with Magenta TV. A large closet provides ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe. The floor is vinyl. The window can be darkened with a roller shade and is also equipped with a screen.<br><br>A shower room is also included. Pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment. Two bicycles and a handcart are available for use. (Please note: there is no legal entitlement to these items.)<br><br>An outdoor parking space is located in the immediate vicinity. Bicycles can be stored in a bike shed next to the house. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.<br><br>Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included.
