Vacation Apartment No. 39 at the Residenz Seestern resort is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

With a size of approximately 43 m², the apartment features a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a tiled bathroom with a shower. The living area and the bedroom both open onto a balcony facing the lake. The beach is only about 100 m away.

A flat-screen TV is available in the living area of this vacation apartment. The sofa (140 cm x 215 cm) can be folded out to create a sleeping area for two people. The flooring throughout the living area is designer flooring.

The kitchenette includes, among other things, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with an oven and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and a microwave. The dining table in the kitchen area offers the ideal space for shared meals.

The bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), a wardrobe with plenty of storage space, and a second flat-screen TV. Blackout curtains are provided in the bedroom. The floor here is also covered with designer flooring. The vacation rental is a non-smoking unit. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed here.

The Residenz Seestern vacation complex is located in the center of Boltenhagen. You can enjoy relaxation and wellness amenities in the complex’s wellness area, which includes free use of the swimming pool (the wellness area at Residenz Seestern will be closed from January 6, 2025, to January 26, 2025, due to maintenance work and deep cleaning). You can spend relaxing hours in the sauna area (for a fee). Popular restaurants await you on the first floor of Residenz Seestern.

The complex has an elevator and an underground parking garage (entrance height: 1.95 m). A bike storage room provides space for bicycles. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) and Sky are available free of charge.

Modern and centrally located, the four apartment buildings of the Residenz Seestern are situated right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. The beach is 100 m away.

Pets are allowed in some apartments.

Each apartment comes with a designated parking space in the underground garage (maximum vehicle height: 1.95 meters).


Vacation apartments in the Residenz Seestern complex


The Residenz Seestern complex consists of four buildings connected by the underground garage.
You can reach your vacation rental by elevator (dimensions: 0.70 m x 1 m) from the underground parking garage or by climbing three steps from the building entrance. Of course, every vacation rental at Residenz Seestern features a terrace or balcony.
When the weather is nice, younger guests can have fun on the playground, which features a slide, sandbox, climbing frame, and nest swing.

As a special highlight, the Seestern Residence in Building 1 offers a wellness area where you can use the swimming pool free of charge year-round or (for a fee) enjoy the sauna in a well-maintained setting (the Seestern Residence wellness area will be closed from 05.01.2026 to 25.01.2026 for maintenance work and deep cleaning). You can access the wellness area via the underground parking garage.

Next to the underground parking garage, you’ll find a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers.
Storage rooms and niches in the underground parking garage are available for the bicycles you bring with you.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und komplett ausgestattet. Zentral gelegen, nur wenige Schritte bis zum Meer - Restaurants, Bäcker und Supermarkt quasi gleich um die Ecke. Hallenbad und Sauna-Bereich im Gebäude für schlechte Tage. Tiefgaragen Parkplatz super. Wer es lieber etwas ruhiger und nicht so lebhaft mag, für den ist est eventuell nicht die richtige Wahl. Uns hat es jedenfalls nicht gestört und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - gerne wieder!

Wir haben die Unterkunft wegen der Strandnähe und des Schwimmbads gewählt. Sowohl die Nähe zum Strand, zur Seebrücke, zu Restaurants... ist einfach toll. Der Schwimm- und Saunabereich war jedoch nicht ganz das was wir uns erhofft hatten. 1 € für 15 Minuten Sauna ist absolut fair und angemessen. Auch die warmen Duschen waren angenehm. Aber das Wasser im Schwimmbecken war unglaublich kalt. Wir hatten zum Glück Strandwetter, hätte sich das Wetter jedoch nicht von seiner guten Seite gezeigt, wäre das Schwimmbad als alternativer Zeitvertreib keine Option gewesen.

es gibt eine kleine Erstausstattung bei der Übergabe des Schlüssels. im 1.OG- Aufzug vorhanden, geht auch direkt in die TG Eingang kleiner Flur mit Haken für Jacken Schwimmbad- in einem Nebenhaus- nicht ausprobiert, wie man hinkommt ist nicht selbsterklärend Bad - normale Ausstattung, Dusche, Föhn vorhanden Schlafzimmer- Doppelschrank mit genügend Platz und Zugang zum Balkon und zus. Fernseher Balkon- klein für 2 Personen mit Blick auf die Nebenstrasse Wohnzimmer- runder Tisch mit 4 Stühlen und Sofaecke, Fernseher, Küchenzeile mit allen Utensilien aktuell gab es Schnaken 06.2024 in der Nähe sind der Markant, Kik und mehrere Restaurants- Fisch, Italiener, Chinese, Inder, Eissalon, die Tourist Info und die Seebrücke sind auch nicht weit und der lange Steg oberhalb des Strandes, Fahrradweg….

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man bekommt bei der Schlüsselübergabe eine Grundausstattung für die Küchenrenigung. Damit ist das Wochenende gerettet. Die Betten sind bequem, Schlafzimmerschrank ist groß mit viel Ablagefläche. Tiefgarage mit Stellplatz und Fahrstuhl. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist bestens. Einkaufen und Essen gehen alles gleich in unmittelbarer Nähe . Uns hat es gefallen .Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Eine schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe. Von den Nachbarwohnungen haben wir fast nichts gehört. Restaurants sind in Unmittelbarer nähe. Für uns einziger nachteil der Wohnung ist das die Toilette und das Bett sehr niedrig sind. Haben wir so noch nicht gehabt. Ist aber Ansichtssache. Die Küche haben wir nicht genutzt.

Die Wohnung hat eine superschöne Lage, man geht aus der Haustür und ist so gut wie am Strand. Die Einrichtung ist wirklich schön und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Für uns waren die Betten sehr bequem. Wir haben auch den Pool genutzt und waren dort jeden Tag allein. Er hätte für unseren Geschmack 2-3° wärmer sein können, aber diesbezüglich muss ja im Moment überall gespart werden. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% empfehlen.

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung mit geschmackvoller und praktischer Einrichtung. Tiefgarage und Fahrradraum sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Toll ist auch das im Keller vorhandene Schwimmbad. Zum Strand sind es nur 100 Meter. Die Lage an sich ist sehr gut, allerdings nachts etwas laut. Die Matratzen waren für uns nicht geeignet, aber das ist individuell.
