The Reet/AM10b vacation home is a semi-detached house with 4 rooms that sleeps up to 6 people.

Spanning three floors, this thatched-roof vacation home features a living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Together with the attic, you’ll have plenty of space for your vacation here across 125 m².

The first floor of the vacation home features the living room, a cozy dining area, a sofa, and the integrated kitchenette with a cooking island. The guest restroom with a walk-in shower and the entryway are also located here. The spacious southwest-facing terrace, featuring a beach chair and two sun loungers, is accessible directly from the living room. For your entertainment, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system are available. The modern kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, an induction cooktop with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a Nespresso machine.

The two bedrooms in the attic feature two double beds (180 x 200 cm and 2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), each with a TV and closets offering plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. The attic also features a bathroom with a bathtub and sauna, as well as a hallway.

The loft contains another bedroom with two single beds. The bedrooms are equipped with fly screens. For our younger guests, a high chair, a crib, and a handcart (not guaranteed) are available. Two bicycles (not guaranteed) are at your disposal. Pets are not allowed in this smoke-free house, which is equipped with a washer and dryer. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available free of charge.

The Mariannenweg vacation resort is located in a low-traffic area, set back one block from the street. The parking lot is right at the resort’s entrance. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg Vacation Resort have access. This vacation home has 2 assigned parking spaces. You can park additional cars in the nearby public parking lot for a fee. The beach is only about 400 m away.

Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the property is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is €250.00. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or damage.

The Am Mariannenweg vacation village, with its exclusive thatched-roof cottages, offers you a peaceful and relaxing vacation in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, located close to the beach. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all thatched-roof cottages within the vacation village. The resort has its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high into the air on the various swings, enjoy a ride on the rocking animals, and dig in the sandbox. A ping-pong table rounds out the amenities for your older children as well.

Dogs are allowed in many of the houses.
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.

The parking lot, with individual parking spaces for each house, is located right at the entrance to the traffic-calmed complex.

At the Am Mariannenweg vacation resort, exclusive vacation homes with a unique living atmosphere await you. Each of the 20 semi-detached homes features two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and a generous terrace, and can accommodate four to nine people depending on the layout.
You’re, of course, welcome to drive onto the property to bring your luggage or larger purchases to your thatched cottage. For bicycles you bring with you, you’ll find a shed or bike rack at each house.
