Vacation Rental 03-3 at the Papillon Resort is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This ground-floor apartment, measuring approximately 55 m², features a covered southwest-facing terrace. During your stay, you’ll have access to a living and dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The Papillon vacation resort is about 250 m from the beach.

The furnished terrace leads into the living and dining area, where you’ll find a comfortable double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm). A flat-screen TV provides entertainment.

The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner stovetop, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. High-quality designer flooring covers the entire living and sleeping area.

In the bedroom, a double bed (2x 90 x 200 cm) ensures a restful night’s sleep, and the large closet offers plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe.

The shower room is tiled. Bicycles can be stored in a private basement storage unit. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in Building 3. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground.

The Papillon vacation village, located in a quiet yet central spot on the outskirts of Boltenhagen’s town center, invites you to enjoy a cozy vacation. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are very welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandbox, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has one free parking space for your car right next to the house.

In der Unterkunft haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und allein beim Eintreten hat man das Küstenfeeling gespürt. Sehr reinlich und super dekoriert. Die Terrasse war aufgeräumt, keine Frage. Wir genossen immer die Sonne dabei. Auch wenn man in einem Urlauberdorf mit engen Parklücken wohnt, waren alle sehr zuvorkommend und wir konnten jeden Punkt zu Fuß erreichen. Highlight war zum einen der Bäckerwagen frühs mit einer breiten Backwarenauswahl und für Kinder der Spielplatz inkl. einem Hundestrand. Verwandte empfehlen es auch weiter.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön und sehr modern eingerichtet. Der ebenerdige Terrassenteil ist von einem gepflegten Grün umgeben. Da muss man akzeptieren, dass die Gärtner oft "pflegen". Und parken sollte man top können - die Parkmöglichkeiten sind mehr als eng und es gibt keine Ausweichmöglichkeiten. Ansonsten ist man doch schon ein Stückchen weg vom Zentrum, Restaurants etc. - aber wir kommen wieder :-)

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der schönen und geräumigen Wohnung sehr genossen. Schon der freundliche und unkomplizierte Empfang an der Nordic-Rezeption stimmte uns auf einen erholsamen Urlaub ein, dazu trug nicht zuletzt das 'Starterpaket', das wir dort erhielten, bei. Die Wohnung ist hell und wirklich mit Allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, um sich sofort wohl zu fühlen. Die Lage in fußläufiger Nähe zum Strand, zum Einkaufsviertel und zu Restaurants macht die Benutzung des Autos, das man sicher und bequem auf einem reservierten Parkplatz abstellen kann, überflüssig. Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung sehr gerne!
