The family-friendly 3-room ground-floor vacation apartment “Minervapark 1” with a terrace has a living area of 73 square meters and is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. For entertainment, a TV and stereo system are provided, and Wi-Fi is available free of charge. From the comfortably furnished living/dining area, featuring a sofa set and a dining table that seats four, you can step out onto the seasonally furnished, north-facing terrace. For self-catering, there is a fully equipped kitchen-living area featuring: a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, range hood, refrigerator with integrated freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc. Two separate bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes offering ample storage space provide a restful night’s sleep. Ideally, this vacation rental features two comfortable bathrooms with showers, a sink, and a toilet, one of which includes a washing machine for free use. A hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided. No pets allowed. Non-smoking apartment. A high chair and a travel crib are available for small children. You can park your car in the building’s underground garage and easily reach the apartment floors via the elevator.
