The elegant apartments mostly offer lake views, some are equipped with a wood-burning stove, and can accommodate 2 to 4 guests. Made-up beds and towels are included upon arrival. All apartments feature a balcony, two balconies, or, in some cases, a balcony terrace with access to the garden. Some suites are duplex apartments. The charming country house is surrounded by a 2,000-square-meter wooded park with pine trees and rhododendrons. Free Wi-Fi and outdoor parking spaces are available on the property. No pets. The 2-room “Schwan” suite, featuring a large balcony, is elegantly furnished and offers 46 square meters of living space. It can accommodate up to two guests.

The upscale living/dining area welcomes you with a comfortable sofa set that can be used as additional sleeping accommodations. A wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere while watching TV or listening to music. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The open-concept mini-kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals with: 2 ceramic burners, a microwave, an exhaust fan, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and much more. You can dine at the dining table or enjoy your coffee on the beautiful, seasonally furnished southwest-facing balcony, from which you have direct access to the forest park garden.

You’ll sleep in a separate bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. Upon arrival, your beds will already be made and towels will be provided. The vacation rental features a ground-level shower room with a sink, hair dryer, and toilet.


The apartment is suitable for people with allergies. All guests have access to the 2,000-square-meter garden with shaded relaxation areas and lounge chairs for unwinding.


You can conveniently park your vehicle in a designated outdoor parking space directly in front of the house.
