Your vacation rental No. 5 at the Hanse-Hof is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 3 people.

This approximately 40 m² 2-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor and features a west-facing terrace, a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. It is only about 70 meters from the beach.

In the cozy, tiled living room, you can enjoy your evenings with the flat-screen TV, stereo system, or DVD player. A comfortable sleeper sofa (120 x 180 cm) can be used as a place to sleep.

A high-quality kitchenette is integrated into the living area. Here you’ll find a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, and a microwave. Enjoy your meals at the dining area.

The bedroom features a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe with ample storage space for your travel essentials. The floor is covered with high-quality designer vinyl. Curtains hang at the windows.

The tiled shower room with a wall-mounted toilet has a modern, high-quality design. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The Hanse Hof vacation complex, located directly on the Mittelpromenade, has an elevator. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. The underground parking spaces (clearance height 2.00 m) are located inside the building. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in the apartment.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

The Hanse Hof vacation complex is located right in the town center and directly on Boltenhagen’s central promenade. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is just 60 meters away.

On the first floor, you’ll find small shops and a café.

Pets are welcome in some apartments.

One parking space in the underground garage is available for each apartment. Max. height: 1.95 m.

Vacation apartments at the Hanse Hof resort

The three-story Hanse Hof apartment building is located in the center of Boltenhagen, about 60 m from the beach. The 18 two-room apartments, each featuring one bedroom and a kitchenette integrated into the living room, are perfect for two to three people looking for a relaxing vacation. Of course, every apartment has its own terrace or balcony.

From the underground parking garage, both a staircase and an elevator (cabin size 90x138 cm) lead to all floors. In addition to the parking space assigned to your apartment, you’ll also find a room for your bicycles in the underground parking garage.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers (for a fee) are available in the common area.
