Vacation Apartment No. 48 in the Dünenblick vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people

Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this 2-room apartment with a balcony facing southeast. Spanning approximately 47 m², this second-floor apartment features a living and dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is approximately 50 m from the Dünenblick resort.

The living room opens onto the furnished balcony. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed (150 x 200 cm) and a corner bench. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system are available for your entertainment.

The kitchenette is equipped with all the utensils you need to prepare your favorite meals. You’ll find a 4-burner stovetop with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave.

The bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a small single bed (160 x 70 cm), which is intended for children only. You can store your vacation clothes in the closet. Curtains are provided in the vacation rental to block out light. All windows are equipped with pleated blinds.

The kitchen and bathroom areas are tiled; the bedroom and living room have laminate flooring. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. An underground parking space (entry height 2.10 m) ensures safe parking for your car.

Tolle Lage mit Ostseeblick, etwas abseits vom Trubel, aber "Zentrum" in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Für zwei Personen hat die Wohnung eine gute Größe, mit Kindern wäre sie uns zu klein. Großer Kleiderschrank, auch im Wohnraum noch einen Schrank mit Platz für mitgebrachte Bücher o.ä. Die Matratzen haben wasserdichte Schonbezüge. Das bringt nicht nur Vorteile mit sich (eingeschränkte Atmungsaktivität). Sehr positiv fanden wir, dass wir kurzfristig die Info erhielten, ist die Wohnung schon vor 16 Uhr bezugsfertig ist. Da wir flexibel waren, konnten wir so entsprechend früher anreisen. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit großer Dachterrasse und seitlichem Blick aufs Meer. Hier kann man entspannt den Urlaub genießen und ist in ein paar Gehminuten direkt am Strand. Strandkorb dort 15€, wenn man ein paar Meter weiter läuft kann man auch einen etwas günstigeren bekommen. Wir hatten eine Strandmuschel mit , dass ging auch super. Das Meer fällt super flach ab und man kann sehr weit reinlaufen. Ideal für kleine Kinder. Die Wohnung ist komplett mit Geschirr ausgestattet. Für das Auto ist ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz im Nachbargebäude vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar sowie auch etliche Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung war bei der Anreise ordentlich und sauber. Die sehr gute Lage zum Strand, zur Gastronomie und zum Einkaufen finden wir super. Familien mit Kindern ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren vor 3 Jahren schon ein mal in der gleichen Wohnung. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war die Wohnung etwas besser ausgestattet. Verdunklung im Wohnzimmer war noch vorhanden. Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre von Vorteil, auch das stockende W-lan ist nervig. Alles im Allen war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Immer wieder gerne.
