Vacation Apartment No. 44 in the Dünenblick vacation complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Spend your well-deserved vacation in this 55 m² vacation apartment with a balcony facing southwest. Located on the first floor of the building, it features two bedrooms, a living and dining area, a kitchenette, a guest restroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is approximately 50 m from the Dünenblick complex.

In the bright living/dining area, you can relax on the comfortable leather couch. Enjoy your meals at the dining table. The flat-screen TV and stereo system provide plenty of entertainment.

The open-concept kitchenette offers plenty of space for preparing meals. It is equipped with a 4-burner stovetop, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Wardrobes in the rooms provide storage space. The windows are fitted with pleated blinds and curtains.

Tiles were chosen as the flooring for this vacation rental. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment. An outdoor parking space is available in the immediate vicinity.

Interessante Möbilierung im 1980/90iger-Stil. Sehr gut gefallen haben uns die ansprechenden Bilder an den Wänden. Ansonsten war alles da, was man benötigt, obwohl wir in der Wohnung nur gefrühstückt haben. Das zweite WC ist zeckmäßig. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich mit viel Licht von außen. Der Zugang zum Bett auf der einen Seite vom Schlafzimmer ist ein wenig eng, aber es hat geklappt. Die Sonne am Nachmittag und den Sonnenuntergang im Westen über Land vom Balkon aus zu betrachten war schön. Seitlich konnte man auch auf die Ostsee schauen. Kurzer Weg zur Strandpromenade und zum Strand. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt nahe an der Ostsee und der Ortskern ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ruhig gelegen und viel Natur. Man kann sich wohlfühlen und entspannen. Und für die Hunde war es auch gut, Der Strand für die beiden zum toben und schwimmen lag in der Nähe.

Spaziergänge mit Hund wurden mit Nachdruck außerhalb des kleinen Hundestrandes untersagt . Die Lage ist ansonsten perfekt für Strandliebhaber .

Wer einen ruhigen, erholsamen Ostseeurlaub machen möchte, der ist hier goldrichtig. Die Lage ist etwas am Rand von Boltenhagen aber trotzdem noch nah genug an der Seebrücke. Auch zur Steilküste ist es nicht weit. Es war ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub.

Die Lage des Objektes ist wunderschön und ruhig. Für den Aufenthalt mit Hund ist die vollgeflieste Wohnung perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen und können Sie nur empfehlen.

Wir würden diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Schade fanden wir, dass wir Meerblick buchten und uns auf das Liegen im Stuhl mit Blick darauf freuen. Leider war der Blick aufs Wasser nur wenn wir uns über den Balkonrand gehangen haben. Werde das nächste mal besser nachhaken. Trotzdessen war es eine schöne Unterkunft.
