Vacation Apartment No. 12 in the Dünenblick vacation complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

With 54 m² of living space, this vacation apartment on the 1st floor of Building 1 is the perfect place to relax. The 3-room apartment features a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a direct view of the lake and a panoramic view of Boltenhagen Bay. The beach is approximately 50 m from the Dünenblick vacation complex.

You can enjoy your well-deserved vacation on the furnished balcony, which is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. The living room features a sleeper sofa and a dining table. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system.

The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave.

In the bedrooms, two double beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm) ensure a restful night’s sleep. You’ll find storage space for your clothes in a wardrobe and a dresser. The windows are covered with roller shades.

Laminate flooring has been installed throughout the entire vacation rental. The shower room is tiled. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. An underground parking space (entry height 2.10 m) ensures safe parking for your car.

Meerblick und Strandnähe sind top doch leider auch die verkehrsgünstige Lage. Der Dünenweg ist eine stark befahrene Durchgangsstraße, das muss man aushalten können. Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Ausstattung von Bettwäsche und vor allem Handtücher ist gleich null und muss extra dazu gebucht werden. Für 10€ gibt es 1 Geschirrtuch, 1 Strandtuch, 1 Duschvorleger und (immerhin) 2 normale Handtücher und das für 10 Tage

Es gibt einen kleinen Minus-Punkt: Der Fahrradraum ist viel zu klein bzw. vollgestellt mit Fahrrädern, die offensichtlich schon lange nicht bewegt wurden. Es wäre schön, wenn dort Platz geschaffen würde, damit man seine Fahrräder nicht draußen abstellen muss. Sonst war es sehr schön. Wie immer eine unkomplizierte Buchung, ein netter Empfang bei der Schlüsselübergabe und eine einfache und schnelle Rückgabe der Schlüssel bei Abreise. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Trotz des traumhaften Blicks auf die Ostsee haben wir leider den Blick für die Pflege der Wohnung vermisst.
