A charming, cozy, high-end chalet on two levels, with four exterior walls, totaling 88 m². Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with a small open space, it is very sunny and features two porches and a terrace. Large garage and free private parking.
Tastefully furnished chalet for 6 people, featuring high-quality furnishings and wood-paneled walls in warm colors. Free Wi-Fi. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking chalet.

Available for weekly rentals or a minimum stay of two nights. Rates vary by season.

Security deposit required, plus a €100 cleaning deposit (not cashed). Concierge service to welcome you at any time and take care of your needs during your stay.

Upstairs, a terrace opens onto a spacious dining room with a wood pellet stove, an adjoining fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, range hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, food processor, raclette set, fondue set), and a veranda furnished for dining with a view of the Cambre d’Aze. Ideally located between Cerdagne and Capcir, 22 km from Spain and Catalonia (Puigcerdà).

Commençons par la photo du chalet sur l'annonce : on imagine un chalet esseulé, or il est dans un lotissement de quatre chalets colés les uns aux autres. Toutes les fenêtres du chalet le plus proche (15 m) donnent sur la terrasse ou la véranda (où l'on prend ses repas). Le parking privé est la cour entre les chalets habités à l'année où stationnent déjà entre trois et quatre voitures. Le jardin cité sur l'annonce est imaginaire et il y a une véranda au rez de chaussée fermée et vide (inutilisée) et à l'ombre du chalet voisin. Pour l'intérieur, c'est correct sauf que la cuisine est trop petite (pour six personnes) et la véranda étroite pour y installer les six personnes. Il est évident que ce n'est pas une loction de vacances mais un chalet habité à l'année. Pour le calme, c'est vrai, sauf que la route a été refaite pendant toute la durée du séjour avec quelques difficultés pour garer notre véhicule.
