    A spacious and cozy apartment in one of the most charming areas of downtown, surrounded by arcades, traditional trattorias, and small shops.
    Ideal for those who want to explore the city on foot.

    The apartment is located in the heart of Bologna, just a few minutes from Piazza Maggiore, the Two Towers, and the Giardini Margherita, on one of the city’s most beloved and picturesque streets.
    Via Fondazza, one of the streets lined with the city’s famous arcades—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—and home to the “Morandi House Museum,” the residence and studio of artist Giorgio Morandi and his family.
