Small apartment on the 3rd floor with lift. Living room with kitchenette and TV visible at 360°. Large terrace on a green area. Kitchen with fridge-freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, moka coffee maker, kettle and everything needed for cooking. Bedroom with double bed and bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. On request we provide a baby bed. Large bathroom with whirlpool tub and hairdryer. The Esselunga supermarket with free parking is located a few meters from the apartment. Nearby there are other supermarkets, launderettes, dry cleaners, pizzerias, restaurants and trattorias. FREE PARKING is allowed on the street. The center, station, fair, airport, fig tree, STADIUM and hospitals are easily accessible by public transport. The cycle path reaches the city center and up to Casalecchio. The whole house is available to guests. POSSIBILITY OF KEEPING CYCLING TOURISM BIKES IN THE CYCLING PATH CELLAR. On request, a closed garage is provided where you can load e-bikes.
