Our loft is located inside one of the noble buildings in one of the most residential and prestigious streets of Bologna. The furnishings were followed by a well-known architect and ... from the window of the living room, looking out, you can admire the towers.

It is located in the most historic part of the center of Bologna; behind Piazza Maggiore and the Two Towers, one of the seven wonders of the world!
Museums, markets, shops and typical trattorias just outside the front door.
The 70m2 apartment is located in a period building with a lift. Suitable for two people, it is divided into:
LIVING ROOM. Comfortable corner sofa and dining table, split air conditioning.
KITCHEN. dishwasher, two mokes, kitchen utensils and electric oven.
BATHROOM. Two bathrooms available, one near the kitchen and one located upstairs near the bedroom.
BEDROOM. Double bed and television positioned on the mezzanine.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS. Free WiFi, washing machine in the laundry room, iron and clothesline.
SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit of 100 euros will be collected in cash on arrival and released at check out, after monitoring the apartment.
