Even though there it a front desk, the property is highly responsive and communicative. It is a very quiet property which is very nice in the midst of this very busy city. If you are quiet and you like quiet this is the place for you.

It was the best stay of my life. The room was clean and had a different style. The hotel is literally in the center. I literally had zero problem on my 2 night stay and also all the receptionists were very kind. Also adored the most charming dog in the reception. The hotel is in a great position and really convenient for exploring the centre of Bologna. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable but maybe a little 'tired' in terms of decoration and maintenance. Nice comfortable bed and lovely toiletries.
