Prendiparte is a brand-new three-room vacation apartment—spacious and very quiet. We’re located in the heart of Bologna, just a stone’s throw from the world-famous Two Towers, in a superb location for cultural sites, traditional shops, and culinary destinations in the old town.

We started seven years ago, running a family business with passion and attention to detail. We have three apartments in the same building. You can find our listings online under the brand name Canonica Suites.

Great location!

I could not have been happier with this apartment or its location. Everything you need seems to be within 200 meters of the front door and Andrea messaged me a list of great trattorias he favors. A great rental choice.

Bologna apartment

Very clean and well located within Old Town Bologna. Host was very helpful regarding the unit plus provided suggestions for local dining. Be aware unit is on the third floor only accessible by stairs.
