Good clean hotel with friendly staff. Nice room although very generic - doesn't reflect charm of Medieval Bologna. Gorgeous rooftop bar. Hairdryer didn't work and toilet ran sometimes.

The Michelin star restaurant Manager ? He was a little bit unfriendly ..even though the restaurant sold out for the evening …it was odd we wanted to just looking at the menu for the Next time we are available to book the next time we’re in the city It was an uncomfortable interruption that we were having with a server was fine enough to give us a menu as requested. We did not ask for a reservation that night. Thank you

Not worth a visit

The location of the hotel is great, but there are several issues to note. The rooms are quite small, and the staff is generally inattentive. We arrived at the hotel bar for a last drink at 11:40 PM, only to be told that we wouldn’t be served because they had closed the till, despite the bar being supposed to stay open until midnight. The following evening, my husband tried to book a table for dinner at the bar, only to be told by the same young waiter that the restaurant was fully booked. Oddly enough, there was only one table occupied at that time. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that the hotel provides coffee and tea in the room only on the first night, which seems inadequate for a 4-star hotel.

A fabulous 3 days.

Spacious room, very comfortable bed and linen. 3 great restaurants, the degustation was nearly 4 hours of deliciousnes. Absolutely wonderful. The building of a tramline section in front of the hotel is complete so no noise or dust. Easy access in a taxi.

Excellent hotel with very nice rooms, very helpful staff and one of the best complimentary breakfast I have ever had in travels. Excellent location to get to shops, restaurants and train station. This will be my hotel whenever I go to Bologna.
