This hotel has the perfect location, just a short and pleasant walk to the centro of Bologna. Staff is friendly and helpful. Reception staff was clearly not very fond of their job. We (guests) seemed like an inconvenience. We got very little info about the premises/breakfast/etc. Other staff was nice. Room was weirdly located, not ideal with suitcases. Whenever the room across the hall was opened or closed it seemed like they came into our room, quite noisy. Toilet in bathroom was loose and it was a big cabinet on the wall making it very unpractical. All in all too expensive for what you get, especially when front staff is so annoyed with guests.
