This hotel is extremely well located in the Old Town and ideal for a few days in Bologna . The hotel is old fashioned but elegant , and the rooms are small but functional . The staff were very helpful and answered all our queries in excellent English . The breakfast was very good and included in the price. Very good value for money and would stay here again.

Room was clean but very very very loud creaking floorboards, and there were pigeons roosting outside the en-suite window, which we couldn’t close, so we didn’t need an early wake-up call! We were looking for a hotel in Bologna that was well located and had lots of atmosphere with large room and balcony and this hotel turned out perfect. We arrived much later then anticipated and had not eaten yet and lucky for us Antonella was on the desk that night and she gave us perfect directions to a nearby restaurant that turned out to be the highlight of our stay in Bologna. She continued to give us the best advice for our next few days that we stayed there. The breakfast here is really good also. We can’t wait to return to this hotel. Hopefully Antonella will still be here when we return.
