The staff were very friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to ensure we knew which public transport to take, how to purchase tickets, different tickets etc. Room was lovely, air-conditioned, clean, bed was very comfortable, bedding was clean and they seemed to think of everything that you might need. On arrival and throughout our stay the staff were extremely helpful. Considering it is called a Boutique Hotel our room was really large with a balcony. Could not fault it. The hotel is approximately 20 mins from the center but at present the laying of new tram lines is causing real traffic problems. I think the buffet breakfast catered for all taste. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Bologna is not a car-friendly city, so this place was one of the very few that allowed us to reserve a secure parking place for our 2 night stay. This gave us A LOT OF PEACE OF MIND while we ventured around town. We also appreciated that the buffet breakfast has plenty of protein-rich options (not just the croissant & capuchino that is typical). The restaurant recommendations by the staff were great, BUT they are tiny places with italian hours (closed between 3 and 7 pm), so DON'T forget to make reservations ahead of time.
