The hotel was about 10-15 minute walk to the historical centre. It was on a big street so it was fairly loud but quieted down at night so we had no problem sleeping. We opened the windows during the day time because there was a mild smell in the room. The size of the room was large, with a separate sitting room and small kitchen. Check out time was slightly earlier than some other hotels (10:30am), but they held our bags. They also had lockers in the basement you could use to store your bags. They had a nice garden sitting area we only found on the last day. We will probably opt to stay closer to center of town next time.

The room was very clean and bright and quiet with a balcony and shutters for privacy. We did not have breakfast because we did not order it in time and I don’t recall being informed about it upon check in. There is a guest laundry. Room with free machines, 4 washers and a dryer. All are slower than American models.

Would be a great property for anyone looking to stay and experience Bologna and the surrounding areas over the course of 3+ days. We stayed for 4, and think this is the type of property particularly well suited to longer stays, as it’s very much an apartment. I enjoy being out of the main tourist areas so this is perfect for that while still being a 15 minute walk from the city center and the Bologna Centrale station, which gives easy access to the rest of the region. Laundry in the building is a huge plus also for those trying to travel light. Would definitely stay again.

This was a very nice on bed apartment with a small balcony overlooking an inside courtyard. It was close to the old city centre and places of interest. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly use it again.

Our stay was wonderful. The suite we had was spacious, clean and quiet facing a courtyard with a balcony. Location was good too. Not the best for the center but definitely walkable to every where. I recommend and would stay there again.
