Great location. Central to main tourist spots, transport links and lots of fantastic restaurants. Great Gelato shop and italian sandwich shop below the property. Excellent staff who are extreamly helpful. Quirky decore. Everything we needed for a short city break.

Overall a nice stay in a small hotel/b&b. Clean, breakfast, middle of town, decent value , large bathroom for 2 people, and room ac worked great. Some things to consider (not bad, just be aware): 1) Rooms made up every 2 days (not daily) 2) Breakfast lots of choices-breads, oatmeal cereal, turkey, cheese, salami , jams, yogurt, nuts..... no hot foods and the same breakfast each day no variety. 3) Dario is an excellent reception/host... informative and friendly. Overall- good value

I absolutely loved our stay here. From the pre check in available, to the location and the staff, everyone and everything was wonderful. I’m just annoyed we only stayed one night as this place is perfect for a longer stay. Will definitely book here again.

Highly recommend this hotel. Clean rom, good breakfast and the staff was great. The staff was helpful with everything, from places to eat, things to do and how to travel in Italy. I simply loved Bologna and if I ever go back, I will definitly stay here!

In close proximity to all attractions. The unit is decent based on the price. Super friendly staff and great breakfast included. Very small property with 9 rooms only, so I was a bit surprise when I see the setting, but the service and room size exceed its price.

Check in and check out we’re seamless. The breakfast room was quaint and there was a nice selection of food to choose from. There was lots to see and everything was in walking distance. The room walls were very thin and you could hear your neighbours snore and all noises in and out of the building at night.

Great Location right next to the Towers. We did Breakfast once BC we had a food tour but everything had was good to very good, croissants n chocolate croissants. Room was large, beds were comfortable, bathroom was large and clean

Lovely spotless room at a very good price in the centre of Bologna, comfortable bed and good breakfast options. I note some reviews have criticised the breakfast, but I have to say, given the price paid, the breakfast is a bonus! To make the experience better tea/coffee facilities could be provided in the rooms rather than in a communal area, to allow for a morning cuppa in your own privacy, but nonetheless I would certainly visit again!
