Beautiful stone house with private pool in Provence, ideal for a pleasant quiet vacation in the countryside. It is located on a huge property with trees and is an ideal starting point for walks in the surrounding nature. This vacation home is located in a domain of 20 hectares of oaks and pines between Bollène and St Restitut. From here you can discover all four surrounding departments: Vaucluse, Ardèche, Drôme and Gard. Moreover, you are in the heart of a region that will delight sportsmen, hikers and gourmets. The tenant who occupies the rear of the house has two dogs (locked in their enclosure).

Schöne gepflegte Unterkunft mit Charme

Rustikale Unterkunft im SDtile der Provence mit viel Platz in ruhiger Lage. Ohne GPS Koordinaten nicht ganz einfach zu finden aber der herzliche Empfang der Besitzer hat das alles ausgeglichen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und viele Verbrauchsmaterialien für Küche und Bad waren schon vorhanden. Die Besitzer sind sehr bemüht dss es an nichts fehlt und der Check Out war auch sehr unkompliziert. Die Fußbodenheizung sorgt für eine angenehme Temperatur. Ab und zu schlagen die Hunde der übrgen Bewohner des Gebäudekomplexes an und hin und wieder hört man Geräusche aus dem Nebenhaus aber durch die separate Zufahrt und den abseits gelegenen Hauseingang hat man ausreichend Privatsphäre. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist super und ich habe schon einige Unterkünfte in der Region ausprobiert da ich beruflich oft dort tätig bin. Eine absolute Empfehlung und ich werde wohl beim nächsten Mal nocheinmal dort buchen!

Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés pour le bien-être de leurs hôtes. Rien ne manquait dans ce beau gîte en pierre de taille. Piscine très agréable, transats sous les chênes. Terrasse sous pergola très appréciable

Très bien situé, cadre naturel magnifique, propriétaires extrêmement attentionnés et d’une grande gentillesse. Le gîte est impeccablement entretenu et très agréable; l’authenticité de la pierre et des matériaux naturels, ainsi que le confort de la modernité. Nous avons passé de très bons moments et nous reviendrons sans faute.
