Designed and built by host Piro Patton as a photographic gallery to showcase his local landscape photographs, it has an airy open, high ceiling design, tree shaded deck, elevated, picture window bedroom with ocean view, distant from other houses, safe, always well cleaned, washed and with private driveway parking.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a desk and a coffee/tea maker.

Great for Minimalists

We stayed 3 nights to explore the area and go surfing. The tiny house is comfortable, cute and has nice artistic pieces. Wish I had the retro-looking red fridge in my kitchen! If you plan to make a simple meal, don’t run the microwave and the induction field at the same time! It’s a sensitive fuse… bring a sharp knife and maybe a bigger pot that’s compatible. Be mindful of your water consumption since Bolinas residents are actually trying to live within their means. We had some interesting conversations with locals. If your car has low clearance the potholes in the gravel roads might be scary…

Nice rural setting private and close enough to town to walk. Great communication and nicely laid out space with great art in the space. Perfect for a couple get away!

Great place to park at night

Our family overflowed our home at thanksgiving. We rented this place to have a bed to sleep in. What we found was a sanctuary surrounded by art and photos. The art deco refrigerator and shower are beautiful touches. We could rest from the crowd and sleep comfortably.

Great location for surf trip

Doesn’t get much better for simple living and surfing! First time in a tiny house, and was pleasantly surprised at the roomy feel. Host was very helpful from beginning to end. One note is if you want access to stores, plan ahead as the town closes fairly early. Overall great trip with easy access to Bolinas Beach!
