Café da manhã bom, chuveiro ruim.

Chuveiro não funciona, tava gelado. Já era quase meia noite, não pedi pra trocar de quarto porque já tinha desarrumado mala etc. Tb não sei se tinha quarto vago. Isso tem que ser testado diariamente. De resto, atendimento simpático por parte dos funcionários e café da manhã delicioso, com suco natural de laranja, algo raro hoje em dia.

Atendimento péssimo, quarto e roupa de cama sujos ,amassaram meu carro com portão. Falei com o gerente que não tem um pingo de vergonha e caráter .Disse que não é a primeira vez e nem será a última que vai fechar o portão nos carros dos hospedes. Não volto mais e nem recomendo.

Pelo preço cobrado, precisa melhorar muito.

Pelo preço cobrado, achei que fosse melhor. Não há elevador. Tive de subir 4 lances de escada, com malas pesadas. No banheiro do quarto existe um vazamento, cujo barulho ecoou à noite inteira... a porta de vidro de acesso ao não para fechada. O serviço de entretenimento (TV) é muito fraco.
