The house is laid out as follows: on the first floor, an open-concept space with a kitchen and living room featuring a fireplace, a bathroom with a double whirlpool tub, and a small garden equipped with an awning for shade; on the first floor, two bedrooms and a hallway (the bathroom is on the first floor); on the second floor, a suite with a bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet, plus two small terraces; the stairs are easy to navigate.
The house is comfortable and equipped with all amenities:
