This comfortable 2 bed/1.5 bath townhome features eclectic design throughout and includes a private patio and outdoor seating. 2 full Bedrooms and a sofa bed in living room, provides a third sleeping area. Full Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, FREE street parking, and Private outdoor space. Other amenities include: two Smart TV's with streaming capabilities, pack and play, children’s toys, books, board games and plenty of kitchen items make this home a comfortable space for families to enjoy also.



Master bedroom features a King Size bed and TV with Netflix and streaming capabilities. If you want extra security for your personal items during your stay? Both end tables are industrial safes as shown in the photos! There is plenty of closet space with hangers and luggage racks for your suitcases as well!



The second bedroom is also upstairs and is furnished with a Queen size bed, with quality linens, and a closet with hangers and luggage racks for guests personal items.



The main bath is also on the upper level and has been recently updated with modern fixtures and finishes. Spacious walk in shower, features tile & dual shower-heads. Complete with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, paper products and a hair dryer for your traveling convenience! All bedroom and bathroom linens are high-quality and tastefully chosen.



Kitchen is stocked with stainless appliances full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, & coffee maker. All utensils & cookware are included to make eating in convenient and enjoyable. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner seated at the dining table with 4 chairs (extras in closet), or outdoor at the patio table on a sunny day. There are (2) additional dining chairs available for larger groups.



The living room has a sectional pull out sofa bed great for curling up with a blanket and a book, or a relaxing night of movies with two sofa chairs for additional seating.. Smart TV with Netflix and streaming capabilities using WIFI to complete the necessities!



There is a also a Ski-Haus themed half bathroom on the main level for guest convenience & entertainment! Full-size washer and dryer provided for guest use. Iron/ironing board are available at the property.



Private, fenced yard with patio table, and additional seating to enjoy a glass of wine or your morning cup of coffee on a sunny day.



This property is a Long Term Furnished rental and requires a separate lease and background check. We also require and provide a monthly housekeeping. Once you have confirmed your reservation we will send over a rental agreement for electronic signatures.
