Staff was great. Room was a nice size. The bed was not comfortable at all. Had a hard time sleeping. They gave us a room right off one of the outside doors (#183) and it was noisy. Loud metal clangs every time someone went in or out. The air conditioning/heating unit did not work well. There was also a gap at the bottom of the unit and so there was a cold draft constantly as it was in the teens to low 20s outside. Breakfast was okay. Their cafe free scrambled eggs looked like plastic and tasted likely too. Juice was watered down and coffee was weak and horrible tasting. We won’t stay here again.
