This charming 1914 craftsman 2-bedroom, 1-bath home is located on an iconic historical boulevard in Boise's "northend" and is within walking distance to Hyde Park, Camel's Back Park, "Ridge to River" trail system and approximately one mile from the State Capital and the heart of downtown.
The space
Built in 1914, our fully furnished historical bungalow home is perfectly located in Boise's Historical North End. It is approximately 1,400 square feet.

Our home features a fully stocked kitchen with new stainless steel dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. A nice roomy den with a 64" Sony flat screen smart TV. A wood burning fireplace in the entry room complete with a 4-top game/dining/remote work table. A full bathroom with a bathtub/shower. There is a stackable washer and dryer. It also features a large bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed. Our home can sleep up to four people very comfortably in the two bedrooms.

It was upgraded in 2010 with interior/exterior paint, new roof, new fencing, and new backyard patio area that features a patio set with comfortable cushions and umbrella (seasonally available).

NOTE: There is a detached 2-car garage on the property that is locked and inaccessible to guests and retained by the owner for their personal access and storage.

Restaurants, coffee houses, shopping and all the amenities that Boise has to offer are within walking distance.
