If you're looking for an amazing work vacation this newly renovated completely

custom home is the perfect place to enjoy beautiful Boise, ID! This is a

spacious three bedroom two bath, 1 acre in a very safe sought after

neighborhood in SW Boise. The master bedroom has a king bed, a 43 TV

w/soundbar, a wall mounted fireplace, and a beautiful master bathroom. The two

other bedrooms have queen beds, 43 TV's w/soundbars, and shared bathroom. Each

room can include a humidifier. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are

one big open space with large windows that reach to the ceiling and a fully

functional kitchen with all amenities you would need including an air fryer,

Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, and a blender to make your morning energy

smoothies. The living room has a big screen TV w/soundbar, a fireplace, and

recessed lights throughout the house. The washer & dryer are in garage but the

garage is not for use.



Walk right out the slider door to a large beautiful 16' X 40' deck with all

the amenities such as, an 8' X 8' - 5 person hot tub, a propane fire pit with

a water feature, a large grill, a table that seats 6, a 3 person swing, 2 zero

gravity lounge chairs, and a wood fire pit to relax and enjoy the beautiful

quiet view. This is a very special tranquil location that sits in the city

with a very rural feel. Its a wonderful place to be for the winter to cozy up

next to the fireplace with warm fuzzy blankets watching the snow fall and

wildlife through the big windows. Its almost always sunny here! The house is

very modern.



The deck, grill, & hot tub are for your private use. The washer and dryer in

the garage can also be used. There is an on-site manager who stays next to the

garage and is available to assist with any questions or concerns during your

stay.



Boise has incredible winter activities, from skiing/snowboarding to snow

shoeing to snowmobiling. The Bogus Basin Ski Resort is only 47 minutes away

with Tamarack Ski Resorts being just over 2 hours away, and Brundage Mountain

Resort Idaho Ski Resort being 2 1/2 hours away. This location has a large

amount local parks including wildlife reserves. You are only a few minutes

drive to grocery stores, restaurants, a 21 screen movie theater, and

activities.

We had a great stay! The house is very comfortable. We had both of our boys over who live in Boise to eat and hang out and there was a lot of space to do that. Every room has a special touch that makes it a fun experience to stay there. It feels very homey and inviting, we were content to stay in at night. We loved being able to hot tub after a long drive under the stars.

Beautiful house that was clean. Host was great with communication. It was nice to have the hot tub to relax in. I would recommend. The only thing I would say is the listing does not say the host lives in a trailer next to the house. He was very respectful of our space I would have liked to know that ahead of time.

Great place in an active neighborhood close to all kinds of things and very nice inside! More towels than an aquatic center, more TV's than a Buffalo Wild Wings, and all kinds of little touches like an aquarium nightlight for the kids, chocolates on the beds, and a personalized welcome sign.Plenty of room to park in the driveway or along the street. Rick was a fabulous host. Very funny and friendly gentleman. He lets you know he is right there on the property - no parties! Its big piece of old horse property and those things take a lot of maintenance, so you're going to see him around keeping the place up since that doesn't happen by magic. If that bothers you, this won't be the place for you. But if that's the case, you probably shouldn't be staying in bustling Boise proper anyway. Just have fun with it. Call him Jeeves and watch him react to asking him to carry in your luggage and bring the car around.Rick has a side-business in the garage. I was hoping it was the kind my uncle Billy-Bob had in his garage before he went to prison so I could get discounted product, but alas its just motor oil. The Crown Vic across the street adds to the atmosphere but it's not surveillance on the garage so don't worry. It's actually Ricks. Keeps hooligans away.Toilets have heated seats and bidets! Check out the picture. You can wash your chin apparently (didn't try it). You can have it massage you in ways they won't even do at the Happy Lotus downtown no matter what you tip! Wow
Is this the fuzz across the street keeping an eye on Ricks secret garage "side-business"? Nope. It's his and it scares away the Boise riff-raff.
Lost Krusader is my Vrbo handle. They made a cute sign to welcome me and the fam!
Very nice and comfy beds. Chocolates and flowers. TVs. Fireplace wall setting. Towels...towels everywhere! If a levy breaks somewhere you'll be able to wipe up four feet of water just with the towels found in basically one room and bathroom alone.
Huge open kitchen, dining area, and TV room. Big TV with sound system. There are more tvs here than a sports bar. I can see why Rick stays close. This would be the ultimate "Superbowl" rental if I could get away with it ha ha.

Lovely home away from home

My children and I were visiting Boise for my niece's graduation. The Haven was exactly that! It was clean, well accommodating, cozy and quiet. The manager was quick to answer any questions, check-in & check-out was easy, the hot tub was amazing, as were the showers and I Loved the bidet! I'm going to install one at my house soon LOL. The kitchen had a wonderful coffee bar and the cooking utensils were well made! 10/10 would stay again 🙂

Quiet and Comfortable

Our family had a relaxing 2 night stay at this nice house tucked away in a quiet Boise neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the comfortable beds (we all slept great!) and the relaxing living room area. The backyard was also nice with space to lounge and we spent time in the hottub. Our elementary aged kids loved our stay there, too. The kitchen was stocked with warm drink options for morning and everything we needed was available. We enjoyed our stay!

The great points- this house was extremely comfortable, clean and with amazing bathrooms. It was one of the most well stocked kitchens I have ever seen in terms of coffee, cookware, spices, etc. Flowers and snacks were left for us in the kitchen which was super thoughtful and awesome. The space was very comfortable and the hot tub was appreciated. The not-so-great points (which were not terrible) was that the outside spaces need a major overhaul. There was an old refrigerator on the back deck and a porch swing that took up a lot of room but was completely ripped up to the point where nobody would sit on it. Also the front of the house lost appeal due to the horse trailer and travel trailer. I do think that it should be made more clear that the caretaker lives about 3 ft from the house in a camping trailer. He was very friendly, helpful and did not "hover" at all, but we would have selected a more private place had we known about this situation. I gave the "cleanliness" a lower rating because of the back yard (the inside was very tidy and nice).

Great location and beautiful home

This home was just perfect! There was room to sit around and visit, play games and just socialize. The rooms are all nicely appointed. All had their own TV's. The toilets were space aged and amazing. It was a quick drive to downtown, as well as the airport. The property manager was quick to respond to any request. It was a great time. Should I ever go back to Boise, I will absolutely stay there.
