Hotel was not what we expected … for having the suite for one night it felt we got put on a motel for the night. The bathroom had a leak in the shower that we had to put a towel on the shower floor so the noise would let us sleep. Rug was old and ripped by the kitchen entrance. No toiletries in the room, doors were old and dirty. The receptionist in the morning was a lot nicer than the one at checking time 10pm …she was playing her puzzle I waited for her to attend me as the phone rang, she preferred to pick up the phone instead of helping me or making eye contact. previous guest requested towels at the pool and by the time we went to the pool no towels were there either. No having the closest elevator working and being on the 3 floor it took a scavenger hunt to find the other elevator and that works . I’m very disappointed to had stay there .

My teenage son and I stayed here for three nights in a large, quiet suite that included a bedroom and a kitchenette. The kitchenette’s decent-sized refrigerator was convenient, the complimentary breakfast was enjoyable, having a separate sleeping space for my son was great for both of us, and the 24-hour pool was a standout amenity. However, the main area for improvement is the bedding and room maintenance. The bed felt extremely firm and worn, to the point where the springs were noticeable, and the mattress on the sofa bed appeared very worn and stained. In addition, the garbage disposal in the kitchenette was not functioning and emitted an unpleasant odor, likely from trapped food waste.Overall, this property can be a good option for guests who value having a kitchenette, a quiet room, and access to a 24-hour pool, especially if they prefer a very firm mattress. Addressing the mattress quality, sofa bed condition, and garbage disposal issue would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

We had a wonderful stay as a family! The hotel was extremely clean and well taken care of, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was great with plenty of options for everyone, and it was so convenient to start our day with a good meal. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!
