This property has a facilities fee that doesn’t show up in the total price quoted when you book on Expedia. I’ve stay multiple times in the last year and they never mentioned it or sent me a receipt that would let me know they’ve been charging the card they take “only for incidentals”. Buyer beware

Shower was in the bathtub. Stepped into the bathtub on a slippery surface with nothing to grab onto. Fell in sustained extensive lacerations requiring sutures. No apologies in the manager said they would put a nonslip surface in the bathtub and did not. Completely uninterested manager.
