Overall this hotel was very clean, moderately quiet, and the staff was exceptional. However, the promise of a breakfast was far fetched. All but 3 days of my 12 day stay was without any eggs. Boiled eggs are better than no eggs. The apples were small and hard. There was no choice whatsoever of food unless you want to pay extra for junk from a machine. I just bought my own. Felt awful to have to buy something they advertise but I had to eat. I had to leave early which was fine. But then I found out that there was a charge for picking up my garbage outside my room. They did not end up charging me and that made it ok. However, they did not have to remove the charges. I was not made aware that there was zero housekeeping. I know there was supposed to be once a week but I got nothing and then to try to charge for something I was not made aware of just seemed wrong. It was not even the amount charged, it was the slippery way they did it. To me, hotels should include housekeeping. Not daily, but yes weekly to include picking up trash bags outside the door. I probably won't stay here again. Not b/c of the above mentioned, but b/c I never want to go to Boise again in my lifetime. But this is the first Extended Stay that had the nerve to nickel and dime the traveler and still not provide what they advertise. It's gotten to where a travel trailer is making more sense. I would like to say thank you to Noah, Zach, and Megan. They made my stay a little better. Sadly it will be my last.

The mattress was like a sofa bed, the room was a small concrete box, and there were shady people in the lobby hanging out. When you couple all this with the painted fingernail transvestite at the front counter that was not a great experience. And don't forget about the police cars across the street arresting somebody. Terrible place, avoid it at all costs.

I booked through a recommendation from Bring Fido that quoted a rate of $109. I was surcharged $25 at check in for 1 dog that should have been included. The room was clean had a kitchenette but, no coffee maker. No hair dryer as well. So much for extended staying. The uninspired included breakfast was a meager offering of yogurt and fruit bars. Next time in Boise, i will stay next door at a competitor.

Our room had some type of pet food under one of the beds. The sink area had blue painters tape all along the bottom & the chair had some type of orange/red stain in the seat. Disappointing for sure.

The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet; however, the "continental breakfast" left much to be desired. I was expecting to see pastries, cold cereal, a waffle maker, etc. Instead, they offered leftovers from the COVID- era "breakfast to-go" bags (granola bars, pre-packaged muffins, oranges) and coffee - no fruit juice. Needless to say I was very disappointed.

They do not offer breakfast. They offer a snack. No juice/milk. Apple, granola or Nutri Grain bar and instant oatmeal. ***No protein*** Definite need before surgery and a day of fasting. Had to go out for breakfast… pay more and go elsewhere.
