Gentleman at check-in was awesome. When we came back after hockey and were trying to get ice he came down the hall and let us know where the ice machine on our floor was. Tv not working, hubby called and same man quickly told him how to change input. He was great. However, on checkout, we told a different man the sink had a drip. He took our key and rolled off.

None of the amenities they listed were working the reason inchose this hotel and I’m assuming the reason for the price of this hotel are due to the amenities however they did not work. The room was kind of gross and the bed look like it had been slept in before I got there.

I had a great stay. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, breakfast offered a good variety, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Offered airport shuttle, which was nice. Close to downtown. I would definitely stay here again.
