We stayed at Comfort Suites for three nights, and overall, it was a pretty basic experience. The location is convenient if you need to be close to the airport, but beyond that, there’s not much to rave about. Our room had a stale, muggy smell—possibly due to the broken bathroom fan. The hotel itself is old and dated, and the carpet was dirty enough that I kept reminding my kids to wear shoes or slippers at all times. For just $40 more, we saw better options in Meridian and Boise Town center, but we were swayed by reviews praising the warm breakfast. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a letdown, but that could be us having high expectations. If you’re on a tight budget and just need a place to sleep, it might do the trick. We only had breakfast on the first day and made sure to spend most of our time out and about. That said, the staff were genuinely kind and friendly, which was the highlight of our stay!

Just a few things that could be done to make it as smooth as possible. I personally like my windows to have the full extended drapes. (No street lights coming in while sleeping.) 2) Have your clugs cleaned so that water drains effectively. Instructions on how to use the TV correctly to get your local stations. All we were able to get was DirecTV broadcast stations. Over all it was a pleasent stay.

The room was absolutely disgusting. I had to leave the property early because they had mold in the bathroom and it had a smell that was nasty. We attempted to get a refund but the manager on duty was rude and disrespectful. Did not care at all. The property manager was supposed to call us to resolve the issue but went ghost on us. I took video and photos of the room. Posted online and they still didn’t care. Unbelievable to us!! If you care, feel free to contact us and we will provide them to you. You should honor a refund since you’re advertising for them.

The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. The facility itself, however, was worn and not that clean. The rugs were threadbare, the washing facilities out of order, the hot tub only had three feeble little jets.

Breakfast was AMAZING (scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, biscuits & gravy, waffles, plus all the normal stuff). But they close early and they're hard core done at 9 so plan accordingly. Beds were comfy and clean. Better than most hotels at this price. Excellent value and would definitely stay here again!

Furniture in the room was faded and very worn. Spider webs on ceiling above the beds. Toilit was iffy staff came to fix it. Pool area very worn and in need of some tlc. I would not stay at this property again. Cleanliness is a big deal to me to feel comfortable at a hotel. Upon entering the room, our very dated couch had crumbs and spots all over it. I can handle dated furniture, but if the cleaning staff is missing crumbs that are visible on the couch, what else is being missed? We had to throw a sheet over the couch to even feel like we could sit on it. Our queen bed sheets were thankfully clean, but I had a hole in my sheet because it was so worn. We had to throw another sheet over that. The staff was nice to give us extra sheets, but that sheet should never have been used to make the bed. Corners of room dirty, drapes broken, hallways and elevators need to be vacuumed, cloth chairs in dining area are dirty. Breakfast was good for a hotel. Desk staff and breakfast staff were very nice!! Bathroom was relatively clean. I like that all their cups are wrapped. But unfortunately we will never stay here again.
