Room was not very clean. Bathroom fan sounded like a 747 taking off, toilet seat wasnt fastened down (got bucked off like a bull rider) hair dryer was broken. Overall hotel was old and dirty. Yuck and not worth the money.

Our room smelled like pure pine sol, bad! I had to run to Walmart to get a plug in. There was construction going on and then we had a lady at breakfast that seemed upset that my husband accidentally spilled his apple juice she kept going ugh ugh and I feel like that was rude. We stayed there in 2008 and it was much better than it is now. The lady at the desk didn’t get up off of her chair for nothing when we checked in.. the guys on the third floor doing construction were very polite very little English, but they were very polite.

Everything was fine except for just one issue. I needed to get something out of my daughter's room that was very important and the person at the front desk refused to allow me to do that. It was very frustrating!! If it wasn't my own daughter, I would understand maintaining a policy, but in this situation I couldn't believe that the person at the counter would not help me and my daughter because it was a semi-emergency. Other than this issue, my experience at this hotel was very good, but I just can't get past this one issue on this visit so would not go back here again
