Welcome to this cozy cottage, located on a 730 m² natural plot with lawn. The house is located only 400 m from the beautiful beach, where fishing is also possible. The house was last renovated in 2016. The house is very well maintained and welcoming. The interior is beautiful and bright. It is furnished in a modern style and offers a cozy atmosphere distributed between the kitchen/dining area and living room in one, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. There is a fiber optic network installed in the house. On the property there are 2 additional beds in the outbuilding.

The sunny terrace is equipped with nice garden furniture as well as a Weber ball grill - perfect for delicious barbecues on vacation. On several sides of the house is a large wooden terrace with garden furniture, a sliding roof and 2 sun loungers.

The 12 m² outbuilding is very well maintained and is bright and modernly furnished (renovated in 2019).

The house is also furnished with practical things and there is a crib, high chair, iron and ironing board, Senseo and regular coffee maker, there is also a kettle and a microwave.

There are sand toys as well as a swing. There is also a sorting station for metal cans and recycled glass, as well as ashtrays for leftovers from the grill and stove.

From the house it is about 7 km to Bogense with the possibility of shopping in the old market town with nice stores and restaurants. In Brenderup is the best bakery in the region with delicious rolls and other baked goods.
