Extreme dirty and extreme bad to get to the beach

The way back from the beach is a fight. You have to climb on a mountain to get to the rooms. At the beach there are no possibilities to lay down. Our bathroom and our sleeping room get only cleaned one time in a week. The bed was broken so i had to share my bed with my wife. The hole maintanance was very dirty and not hygienic.

Do not stay in this unhygienic hotel

Most worrying aspect was the complete lack of hygiene. Bathroom had mould in shower, door handle broken, toilet and sink cleaned once during stay after asking 3 staff to arrange. Rooms "cleaned" by male staff. Restaurant and pool toilets not cleaned with cleaner/bleach throughout our 10 night stay. Hosepipe by pool NEVER used, pool area filthy. Restaurant staff coughed\sneezed, then handled food\implements without washing hands. Restaurant tables cleared but rarely wiped with a cloth, again no cleaners used. Taps in communal toilets never cleaned. Both of us ended up ill due to the unhygenic conditions. Food OK but very repetitive, ran out of butter and didn't bother ordering any more. Some staff very nice, others surly. Music in pool area deafening during the day and no entertainment at night. Staff broke glasses in pool after celebrating chef's birthday. Definately NOT a 4* hotel. Would we stay there again - never! We did not take photos but another English couple did and has raised a complaint with their agent. We need up eating out most days.

簡素な部屋、ゴワゴワのシーツ、水浸しの洗面所… あまり長い滞在はしないかもしれませんが、一応レジャーの全てが揃っているので楽しむには楽しめます。 贅沢な恋人たち向けではないけど、ファミリーには最高だと思います。
