The hotel was very well maintained and clean, so there was no hygiene issue. The breakfast offered was great, as they had a lot of options and even made us a fresh omelette that wasn't in the buffet. The beach was right next to the hotel, which was very convenient, and they also served good food there. The staff were very helpful, accommodating , always available when needed. They helped us with figuring out our airport transportation and were kind enough to let us stay another hour after checkout and lounge on the beach. The room also came with a balcony , which made it convenient for drying out wet clothes after the beach. Overall, It was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to other customers.

I stayed for two nights but wish it was longer. The place is wonderfully located (literally on the beach), has a nice pool, breakfast is more than enough. But particulary, the staff makes the difference, especially Selçuk bey. He anawered all my questions patiently, and was so helpful with everything. I plan to come here often, and highly recommend it.

Good but need improvement

Location is really good , kamal reception he’s been really nice to me and my wife , room need some renovation, no room service which is not really good , breakfast is not good at all , overall it’s good hotel they just need to fox some stuffs but the guys on reception were amazing .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality exceeded my expectations. A very special thanks goes to Kemal, Selçuk and Abdullah at the reception. Their warm welcoming attitude, constant smiles, and genuine care made me feel right at home. They were always ready to assist with anything I needed—from smooth check-in support to thoughtful advice on the best places to visit in the area. Their local tips made my trip even more enjoyable, helping me explore hidden gems I wouldn’t have found otherwise. It’s rare to find such professional yet friendly service, and Kemal, Selçuk and abdullah went above and beyond in every way. Their dedication truly reflects the hotel’s commitment to excellent guest experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. Thank you again to the whole team, and especially to Kemal and Selçuk and Abdullah, for making my stay so memorable

Otel Bitez'deki konumu itibariyle gayet konforlu. (Bitez denizi, bölge olarak otel ve restaurant'lar tarafından gündüz ve gece işgal edilmiş durumda maalesef.) Bu otelin de deniz tarafındaki sağladığı olanaklar müşterileri açısından rahatlık ve konfor sağlıyor. Oda temiz, bakımlı ve ferah. (3 kişilik) Kahvaltı içeriği ve salonunun iyileştirilmesi gerek. Hayatım boyunca kaldığım en kötü otellerden biriydi. Eşimle birlikte 7 gün konakladık ve maalesef tek bir konuda bile memnun kalamadık. Odaya girdiğimiz andan itibaren büyük bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Duş başlıkları kırıktı, duşakabinin kapıları yoktu ve banyo-tuvalet temizliği tam anlamıyla rezaletti. Tuvaletten sürekli ağır bir gider kokusu geliyordu; odada durmak bile zaman zaman çok zordu. Odadaki neredeyse tüm mobilyalar eski, yıpranmış ve kırıktı. Oda temizliği ise yok denecek kadar kötüydü. Günlerce yerler kirli kaldı, çöpler düzenli alınmadı ve temizlik kesinlikle yapılmadı. 7 gün boyunca konaklamamıza rağmen yatak çarşafları bir kez bile değiştirilmedi. Sineklik kırık olduğu için odaya sürekli böcek giriyordu. Ayrıca odamızın avlusu doğrudan başka bir evin bahçesine bakıyordu. Mahremiyet diye bir şey yoktu; insanlar sürekli sizi görebiliyor. Otel çalışanları ise son derece ilgisizdi. Herhangi bir konuda yardımcı olma çabaları olmadı. Kendinizi bir otelde değil, tamamen kaderinize terk edilmiş hissediyorsunuz. Buraya rezervasyon yapmayı düşünenlere tavsiyem; yorumlara aldanmayın. Olumlu yorumların önemli bir kısmının gerçekçi olmadığını düşünüyorum. Keşke biz de gelmeden önce bunları bilseydik. Tatilimiz resmen zehir oldu. Hasta olmamak, hijyenik bir ortamda konaklamak ve paranızın karşılığını almak istiyorsanız bu oteli kesinlikle tercih etmeyin. Bizim için tam anlamıyla büyük bir hayal kırıklığı ve zaman kaybıydı.

Otelde herkes baştan sona inanılmaz güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Kapıdan girdiğiniz an evinizde gibi hissetiriliyorsunuz. Önce yalnız tatil yaptım, bir kaç gün sonra 8 yaşındaki oğlumla devam ettik, her adımda çok keyifli bir tatil yaşadık. Kahvaltınızı denizi izleyerek sakince yapıp, yüzünüzü denizde yıkayabiliyorsunuz. Zaten bölgenin en iyi denizi. Her adımda sizle olduğunu hissettiren Selçuk bey, Suat bey başta olmak üzere tüm çalışanlara tekrar teşekkür ediyorum. Önümüzdeki sene tekrar geleceğim.

Ensam resande

Trivsamt hotell, ligger direkt vid stranden. Hotellet har egen plats på stranden. Gratis solstolar och strandhandduk. Mycket trevlig och vänlig personal. Jag var missnöjd med mitt rum första natten. De bytte till ett annat rum på en gång när jag påtalade mitt missnöje. God turkisk buffé frukost. Hotellet har en swimmingpool men jag har inte använt den då jag föredrar att simma i havet. Nära busshållplatsen om man vill åka runt till andra delar i Bodrum. Hotellet har egen restaurang som serverar enklare mat och olika drycker. Enda negativa med hotellet var att det oftast inte fanns internet uppkoppling i rummet, rummen är lyhörda och städningen i rummet var inte särskilt bra trots att det städades varje dag.
