Detached house with a garden, terrace, and parking spaces for cars, bicycles, and motorcycles.<br>Cozy furnishings and amenities that leave nothing to be desired.<br>Whether you’re planning a barbecue after a day trip, prefer to enjoy the sunset over the fields during a walk, or simply want to put your feet up by the fireplace with a good book or movie—everything is taken care of!<br>Four people will find everything they need in the house to comfortably enjoy the most beautiful time of the year.<br>Four comfortable beds in two bedrooms, plenty of towels, bed linens, and a fully equipped kitchen are, of course, provided.<br>When furnishing the house, we paid special attention to subtle, cozy accents and a harmonious overall look.<br>We share the same wish as you, our guests: that you’ll relax, feel at home, and return home with wonderful memories.<br>Here’s what awaits you: 72 square meters spread over two floors, one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a dining area for four people, a living-dining room with a dining set for four people and a wood-burning stove, a bathroom with a tub and shower, an utility room with a washing machine and a safe, a covered patio with a grill and lounge furniture, a garden, and a magnificent view over fields and meadows—not just in the summer ;) A high chair and extra accessories for young guests are, of course, also available. We provide free Wi-Fi. Bed linens and towels are already included in the rental price.<br>This property is not suitable for contractors. Rentals are exclusively for private individuals for vacation purposes! This cozy vacation home is part of a traditional local farmstead and is centrally located in the popular vacation regions of Lower Saxony’s North Sea coast, Friesland, and Ammerland. Rhododendron parks, coastal towns, bike trails, and attractions are right next to the house or in the immediate vicinity.
