We’ve designed the property to preserve the original jungle canopy, creating a shaded oasis that remains several degrees cooler than the beachfront.

Our journey started with a deep commitment to the environment. For five years, we lived completely off-grid, powered solely by the sun and harvested rainwater. Today, we’ve combined that experience with modern reliability.
Since 2025, we are connected to the national grid (Naturgy), providing clean hydroelectric power from the mainland. However, we haven't abandoned our roots: our private solar system remains fully active. It supplements the grid during peak times and acts as a seamless backup. While the rest of the island might experience blackouts, our guests enjoy uninterrupted power regardless of the weather.
