Very upset about pet deposit that was not stated as a cost on website. Very upset with the amount we paid for suites to smell weed in a non smoking hotel and rooms were not updated at all. Will not stay here ever again.

Me myself and oldest son sid not eat anything. I'm vegan and we would have loved fruit and veggies.. room was old and gross everything about the hotel was gross, smelly and old. The face that you show the pool lobby and breakfast area in the next door hotel is super misleading. We were super disappointed!!! . For 300 dollar at night this was a huge miss.

Clean room and good amenities. 1 of the 2 elevators broken during the entirety of stay, this caused issues with waiting. Breakfast selection very small, mostly the same daily with a rotation between omlettes or scrambled eggs, during a longer stay this is repeatative and caused us to go out for breakfast on multiple occasions for variety.

The staff was very nice. The facility was not what I was really expecting for a Townplace Suites. The building and rooms were old and run down. Plus, it was very difficult to sleep because we constantly heard what sounded like the plumbing all night. It seemed like every time a toilet was flushed somewhere in the building near our room, we got to hear it. It was bad.
