*The beds were uncomfortable and you had to squeeze to get by as this "suite" was too small for the beds. *The drawers for clothing were a small, very cheap, flimsy plastic. *The breakfast room was exceptionally cold & staff could not get it warm enough. *The food offered, other than cold cereal & waffles, was not suitable for breakfast- no eggs, bacon, sausage, etc and we went to a local restaurant after day 1. *Have stayed in many Springhill Suites, Residence Inns and Fairfield Inns over the years but this property was the worst!

I was charged $130 hold incidental fee. I was not called back and my hold after 10 days is still there. No one cared to call back after discussing with front desk lady and leaving a message to call me back with Jeff at accounting. I get very disturbed by this way of doing business and unprofessional communication and actions on behalf of Roberto at front desk who checked me in and said this was a direct billing . I have no idea what you guys are talking about.

The room was good, but it was a little loud because it was next to the ice machine. I recommend asking for a room down the hall. I liked the 4th floor, but I wouldn't choose the 5th floor because it has issues with the hot water. I think what is a little disappointing is that the staff gave the silly reason that you had to let the water run for a while. It is a lie that they have an old water heater that needs to be replaced; for this price point, they should at least get hot water.

The room was not layed out well at all. There was less than 2 feet at the end of the bed to get around. The sofa was dirty and extremely uncomfortable, the 1 sofa pillow was in bad condition I didn't want to touch it. The water pressure in the shower was superb. I couldn't get hot water out of the bathroom sink. The breakfast was definitely a plus, great options.
