Emili was very prompt with communications. The location was perfect for our trip, and the neighborhood was very easy to navigate. The house was spacious, with four bedrooms, as well as an extra bed and bath off of the back porch. Would highly recommend this house as a great place to stay.

Clean and Comfortable in West Boca

We stayed here in Oct 2024 and were one of the first guests to stay in this property. The location is perfect for us - we come to see family who live in the area. The home is comfortable, and the A/C worked well and was easy to operate. We felt safe in the home, which is on a quiet suburban cul-de-sac street in a neighborhood of single-family homes, nearly all of which appeared to be owner-occupied. The house was clean and had a good amount of space for us to spread out. The listing calls this house a 5 BR, but it's really a 4 BR with a pull-out sofa in the living room. Note that one of the BRs is an in-law suite (with king bed and a full bathroom) on the back of the house with a private entrance that is not accessible from inside the house. Something to consider - this is a plus if you want that added privacy, or perhaps a minus if you are traveling with younger children. As a new listing, we have suggestions for the hosts about some simple things that could be added to the home to make it even more accommodating (e.g. some kitchen items, additional pillows/towels/blankets, etc.) We struggled a bit with the TVs, all of which appeared to be brand new. Streaming services only, and you'll need to bring your own logins - there is no cable TV here. WiFi worked well. Emili was friendly and responsive to our questions. We were mostly busy with our family while there and weren't too focused on the TVs so it wasn't a big issue.
