Our room had an infestation of German cockroaches. They were all over the bathroom and surfaces near the refrigerator. When we first arrived to the room, there were food crumbs and even a piece of dogfood on the floors and surfaces. Our room was not cleaned during the day, despite being out without the sign on the door for over 6 hours. When we complained, the manager did not offer anything to remedy the situation. We checked out early, found a new hotel, and got a refund for the last day through Expedia.

Rooms were decent, even though cleaning staff felt it was okay to skip a day. Towels were thin and very limited. Hotel itself is not terrible but hall decor is old and worn. This is really a 2 star hotel, very basic. Prices are high for this property. You don’t really get a good bang for your buck.

We enjoyed the room and amenities minus the cockroaches and mildew smell. There were lots of cockroaches in both rooms. It’s awful to have to check my bags to make sure they don’t travel.

We had ants in the room and the night manager said they would try to credit us and give us IHG points but we’d have to come back in the morning. In good morning the front office lady had no idea what I was talking about and did nothing for us. I got in very late, and despite my calling and asking them so save a room, they didn’t, so I was given a room with twin beds- no big deal. But then I realized how old run down smoke-stained and bad the room was, with a balcony overlooking a scary empty strip mall parking lot. I asked to move- or cancel- and could t because I bought on Expedia. Then there were actually bugs. Then the guy at the desk insisted all the rooms were exactly the same- when if you look it up they are not- there is a newer “tower” that is less gross and the AC unit doesn’t roar so loudly and feels safer. So I got a better room in the tower for second two nights (this one had elevator to it- the other you had to drag your bag up the stairs) Poor to OK
