Overall great experience, but I was totally ignored by a gentleman at the reception when asked about the snack section. That was a little weird. Also, didn't have hot water in the morning, bummer. But I understand... Things happen.

The staff at the Boca Raton Hilton Garden Inn were AMAZING! Victoria greeted us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed- she worked hard to to get us an early arrival. She was pleasant and professional! Bryan the bartender was also excellent! He was very knowledgeable about the area and helpful. Great personalities, service and professionalism all around.

The staff was very friendly but the hotel needs a serious update and cleaning. The curtain barely clung to the rod in my shower as it was torn in three places. The outside chairs near the pool looked filthy and worn out. The gate leading to the pool had spiderwebs and cob webs on it. The carpet in my room had some stains. I understand it's a cheap hotel but basic cleanliness should be upheld. Other than that the stay was fine.

Clean hotel, convenient location. Staff are super friendly. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, ours was included. Plenty of free parking. We had house keeping daily which was excellent, spacious room which was incredibly clean and comfy. Yes the hotel is older but it offers what you need. Please avoid room 122, the aircon main unit it outside this room in the parking lot and you are also next to the laundry. The aircon is horrendously noisy and we didn’t sleep well. It also soaks the floor which went unnoticed by us until we repacked. Wet passports and clothing as were in a soft case! Where we booked we secured the last room so didn’t ask to move but we did make the staff aware on two occasions but when the main unit is outside your room there’s not much they can do. They were super efficient at trying. Would stay again
