Myself and my 3 family members received our room key and perceeded to the room. There was water in the walk way that we had to step over not to yrack it into the room.we got to the room and it was clean but very outdated. It did not match the advertisement. The floor was stick and there were #2 streaks in the toilet. We closed the door. All night after a 14 hour ride trying 5o sleep, it sounded like our door was wide openbut it wasnt. I could hear every vegicle on the main road pass by. My hisband sat in the chair at the table only to be hit in the head by water droplets. The sealing was leaking. The next day as we were packing we saw a roach. We were supposed to stay 4 days, we turned our room jey in the next morning. My fa.ily improvised and gound room for us after thst ordeal.

The hotel had agreste Location, Ita clean, friendly staff but they have a bar by the pool with live music from 7pm- 11pm. I wasn’t aware of that when I booked the hotel so I was very disappointed with the loud music.
